Plaza Multiusos El Seibo

The project comprises approximately 5,700 m² of construction within a total development area of 20,560 m² and can accommodate approximately 2,500 people. Its design integrates a variety of architectural spaces and service areas within a complex conceived to host cultural, recreational, and large-scale public events. The infrastructure includes an outdoor plaza of approximately 17,760 m² surrounding the complex; parking for 102 vehicles, seven buses, and 36 motorcycles; approximately 4,521 m² of landscaped areas; and a 2,567 m² children’s recreational area. The complex features a multipurpose hall with capacity for 60 people, viewing boxes, administrative offices, retail units, food-preparation areas, a kitchen, storage facilities, dressing rooms, a ticket office, an information desk, a gift shop, and a waiting area. The infrastructure also incorporates stables and specialized spaces designed to host the province’s traditional bullfighting activities. The project’s development required the integration of major civil construction works, site development and preparation, exterior infrastructure, parking facilities, landscaping, lighting, recreational areas, and multiple specialized spaces within a single facility.
